- Description
- SSJ The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks other than full and open competition and intend to award a contract to Netcraftsmen, 1290 Bay Dale, Suite 312, Arnold MD 21012. Netcraftsmen will be required to provide Stealthwatch hardware, software, and services. The Government's intent is to award a 1-year contract to Netcraftsmen for this requirement The statutory authority permitting the sole sourcing of services is MMAR 6.302-1, 41 USC 5(3), only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses shall be sent to Contract Specialist Diana Boyde at dboyde@gpo.gov on or before September 20, 2017 no later than 1:00 pm, EST.
