- Boot Size Chart Questions Form Combined Synopsis Solicitation Procurement of 3 ASOG Tactical Boots 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a brand name or equal commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-17-Q-0116. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 Jan 2017, DFARS DPN 20161222 effective 22 Dec 2016, and AFFARS AFAC 2017-0127 effective 27 Jan 2017. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 316210 Footwear Manufacturing Wholesalers, and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 8435 Footwear, Men's. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 Emp. 4. Set-aside: Total Small Business 5. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to: ATTN: MSgt Kyle Anderson 3 Air Special Operations Group Bldg 1001 761st Tank Battalion Ave Fort Hood, TX 76544 6. Delivery: 15 Days after Award 7. All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted on the question form (see attachments) and received no later than 19 September 2017, 2:00 P.M. (CST). Answers will be posted no later than 20 September 2017, 2:00 P.M. (CST). 8. Deadline for receipt of offers: 22 September 2017, 12:00 P.M (CST). 9. Funds are presently available for this contract. 10.
