- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined Synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, the RFQ solicitation number is VA262-17-Q-1954. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for quote document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This RFQ is being issued as Firm Fixed Price, 100% set-aside for (SDVOSB) Service Disabled Veteran-owned Business procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System is 423450, the small business size is 100 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 22 intends to procure the following items: CLIN 1) CDS001-Disposition Monitor Accessor for case cards/equipment, Unit 70-EA $ __________ Total $ __________. CLIN 2) CSR011 ink and adhesive remover, 12x2 oz. bottles per case, Unit 2-Cases EA $ __________ Total $ __________. CLIN 3) HF13650 Pump 02 fine mist sprayer, Unit 24-EA $__________ Total $ __________. Award will be made to the responsible contractor whose price is fair and reasonable and represents the best value to the government. Quotes are due not later than September 18, 2017, by 9:00am (PST) Pacific Standard Time, no other offers/proposals will be accepted after that date/time. Place of delivery is the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073. All vendors MUST have a publicly visible registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), CAGE Code & Federal Tax ID numbers MUST be submitted with their offer.
