- Scope of effort: This effort is restricted to Janson Communications, 10530 Linden Lake Plaza, Suite 302, Manassas, VA. 20109-6434. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited, however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Army Contracting Command-Rock Island. This notice is published for subcontracting purposes only. The Contractor will provide Branding Re-design services to HQ AMC, Huntsville, Alabama. This will result in a base, plus two options. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be made publicly available within 14 Days after award in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
