- Limited Source Documentation The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for the renewal of 19 Universal Extraction Device licenses for the period of 10/23/2017 - 10/22/2018. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Cellebrite USA Corp, as they are the only vendor who can provide licenses for renewal. A limited source document is approved and on file. Responses shall be submitted to karl.s.pabst@usdoj.gov no later than 12:00pm EST on September 20, 2017.
