Question: The RFQ state the VA is going to use its own containers and locks, is this only for the closed media or does it include the slotted media as well?   Answer: VA is going to provide all containers and locks for all media.   Keys and Locks for the slotted media will be provided by VA. Question: For the 68,000 (+/- 500) litigation tapes in 605 (+/- four) tubs, what size are the tubs?  Do you know an approximate weight?   Answer: 22 x15 x13 ((L,W,H) -  Approx 70 lbs Question: For the 357 permanently locked archive tubs, what size are these tubs? Do you know an approximate weight? Answer: 22 x12.5 x12.5 (L,W,H) Approx 50 lbs The Question and Answer period has now concluded. The due date of proposals is extended until Monday, September 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern. No further extensions will be granted.
