North American Classification System (NAICS) Code: 238390 Small business size standard: $15.5 Million Classification Code: 71 - Furniture Set-aside Status: The proposed acquisition is full and open with no set-aside restrictions. Competition Status: This requirement is posted as competitive. Description: The purpose of this acquisitions it to acquire Alpha System adaptable laboratory carts or Equal for the Assay Development and Screening Technology (ADST) program. The National Center for Advancing Translation Sciences (NCATS) Assay Development and Screening Technology (ADST) program works to optimize assays requested or submitted by the biomedical research community for high-throughput small-molecule screening. ADST is in the process of renovating laboratory space and requires Alpha System adaptable laboratory carts or Equal for the space upon renovation completion. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this Request For Quotation (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Refer to attached "Purchase Description Attachment" for equipment salient characteristics, delivery date, other considerations and evaluation criteria. Summary Statement: All responses to this RFQ must be received by 1 PM Eastern Standard Time, on September 20, 2017 and must reference the announcement number specified above. Responses may be submitted electronically to Michelle Morelli, Contract Specialist, at michelle.morelli@nih.gov Fax responses will not be accepted. In addition, the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size must be included in the response.
