- ANALYTICAL Laboratory Services: Perform Analysis of Sediment, Floe, and Epiphyton Samples In Accordance With The Performance Work Statement IGF::OT::IGF INTENT TO AWARD The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to University of Florida, located in Gainesville, Florida for Analytical Laboratory Services to be delivered to Reston, Virginia by June 30, 2018. There is a base period of performance and 4 option periods. The period of performance is: BASE PERIOD: 09/06/2017 thru 06/30/2018 OPTION PERIOD ONE: 07/01/2018 thru 06/30/2019 OPTION PERIOD TWO: 07/01/2019 thru 06/30/2020 OPTION PERIOD THREE: 07/01/2020 thru 06/30/2021 OPTION PERIOD FOUR: 07/01/2021 thru 06/30/2022 University of Florida services are required in order to maintain consistency with the analyses of nutrient content obtained during all other spatial surveys of soil and floe within this project sample. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Email responses to jwalsh@usgs.gov. The NAICS code is 541380. The size standard is $15,000,000.00. The anticipated award date of the contract is 09/05/2017. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed-price.
