- SF30-ECO2 - Amendment 001 and replacement page This is modification 02 to the pre-solicitation synopsis entitled Environmental Compliance and Operations 2 (ECO2) - Request for Proposal (RFP) - 80JSC017R0017. You are notified the purpose of modification 02 is to extend the RFP proposal due date to October 18, 2017, at 4:00 pm (MDT). Amendment 001 of the RFP is attached as a replacement page. Be advised, due to impacts of hurricane Harvey at JSC, the Government anticipates posting a Questions and Answers document and related revisions to the RFP in a forthcoming amendment. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for updates.
