- AWARDED: The firm fixed price is for the Design-Build project and all related supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to provide construction services as indicated in the RFP, Amendments, specifications, including bond costs, overhead, and profit, complete in accordance with the RFP. BASE ITEM 0001: Replacement of a fire water main at Hangar 809. The main appears to be leaking between the street main and the fire riser inside the building. The hangar floor can be up to 21 thick concrete. Period of Performance: 90 calendar days (includes 15 days for submission of bonds) after date of contract award: TOTAL AWARD AMOUNT: $41,562.82 The Government reserves the right to unilaterally award Option 1, and Option 2 within 120 calendar days of contract award date. OPTION 1 “ ITEM 0002: Install catwalks on three (3) above ground fuel tanks at building 564. OPTION 1 “ ITEM 0003: Install a weigh-in-motion scale and scale house in open-end pole barn building 939. Electrical power is available inside the pole barn to power the scale and scale house. The new In-Motion scale requires a drain and accessible shut off valve that shall be piped to the nearest storm water catch basin. The new system shall replace the existing portable system manufactured by Intercomp Corporation.
