- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation NIH-CC-17-0011158 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation are due by September 21, 9:00 a.m. ET, emailed to Lisa.Schaupp@nih.gov. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract with a twelve month base period, and Options to Increase quantities, separately priced line items. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective January 19, 2017. This combined synopsis/solicitation is provided to all business sizes. Any size business under the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code are invited to submit quotes. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with the small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, is seeking a contractor who will provide a Humidity Stability Chamber for shelf life testing, stability testing, expiration date testing, accelerated aging and other testing for pharmaceutical, packaging, life science, personal care, medical, biomedical storage, research, and more for the NIH Clinical Center, Pharmacy Department. Twelve month warranty must be included. See Statement of Work attached herein.
