- JOFOC The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract under FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency Requirements, to Bottcher America, for the recovering and resurfacing of BEP Security Production equipment. The Simultan rollers are located in the Offset/LEPE Printing Division and Super Orlof & 1-10 rollers are located in the Plate Printing Division at BEP's Washington, DC and Fort Worth, TX facilities. The NAICS code is 326299 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. No solicitation package will be issued. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than 19 September 2017, 1PM Eastern Time. Responses shall be submitted to michelle.duncan@bep.gov All responses must be submitted in writing and vendors must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov: Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. 1.
