- The Delaware Army National Guard, located in New Castle, DE intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Simon Property Group, 2200 S. 10th Street, McCallen, TX, 78503, for Dover Mall, 1365 N. Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901 which will provide advertising creation and display products for the Delaware Army National Guard Recruiting & Retention section for use to attract new prospects for potential Army soldiers within the Dover Mall. The requirement will be sole sourced to Simon Property Group in order to create and perform the required advertising campaign as required by the Delaware Army National Guard Recruiting & Retention section. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 399950 Sign Manufacturing and has a size standard of 500 employees for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 11:00a.m. EST, September 26, 2017 to: JACOB.R.LINDELL.MIL@MAIL.MIL Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determinat ion by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
