- HSCG85-17-R-STAR18 Attachment V HSCG85-17-R-STAR18 Attachment IV HSCG85-17-R-STAR18 Attachment III HSCG85-17-R-STAR18 Attachment II HSCG85-17-R-STAR18 Attachment I Request for proposal HSCG85-17-R-STAR18 The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for Drydock and Ship Repair of USCGC POLAR STAR, home ported in Seattle, WA. This requirement will be procured through a single award commercial Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with firm-fixed price task orders and an ordering period of 11 months from date of award. There is a geographical restriction to the West Coast of the United States. It is incumbent upon offerors to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for RFP release and all subsequent amendments.
