- Wage Determination FAR 52.212-3 Performance Work Statement RFQ Solicitation Information. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issues. The solicitation number is and is being issues as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ is for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 &13. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, (FAC), No. 2005-95, Effective 19 January 2017. This solicitation is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation any time before contract award. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. To be considered for award by the Government, vendors must adhere to the quotation requirements and respective evaluation factors set herein. Requirement. This Commercial Item requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside for quote only by Small Business concerns and is issued in accordance with the additional information included in this notice. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code 517110 -Wired Telecommunications Carriers with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees, is applicable to this solicitation. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract under the procedures of FAR Part 12.6 and 13.5. US Army North (ARNORTH) has a requirement for the installation of forty-five (45) CAT-6 cable runs and one (1) 48-port CAT-6 patch panel and cabling in Bldg 4073 on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston. Installation shall be in accordance with the (IAW) the performance work statement, (PWS), (See Attachment 1).
