- W911SA-17-Q-3009 Solicitation (Most Conformed Copy 09-15-2017) W911SA-17-Q-3009 Solicitation Amendment 0002 **15 SEPTEMBER 2017 UPDATE** SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0002 TO SOLICITATION W911SA-17-Q-3009 has been posted to FedBizOpps. A most conformed copy of the entire solicitation has also been posted. The purpose of this amendment is to update the Contractor Manpow er Reporting (CMRA) verbiage in the Performance Work Statement and the Deliverables. Contractors are required to return one (1) signed copy of this amendment with their quote. ___________________________________________ 08 SEPTEMBER 2017 UPDATE SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 TO SOLICITATION W911SA-17-Q-3009 has been posted to FedBizOpps. The purpose of this amdnement is to provide contractors with the correct Price Schedule. Contractors are required to use the Price Schedule lableled "W911SA-17-Q-3009 Attachment 1 Price Schedule 09-08-2017". Contractors shall return one (1) signed copy of this amendment w ith their quote. ___________________________________________ SOLICITATION W911SA-17-Q-3009 HAS BEEN POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held at 10:00AM on 07 September 2017 at 102 Soldiers Circle in Salt Lake City, Utah 84113. Visit www.fbo.gov to see the solicitation in its entirety. Quotes, to include a completed Price Schedule and signed SF 1449 (solicitation) shall be submitted via EMAIL to shannon.g.wamsley.civ@mail.mil. This solicitation is for a non-personal service. Contractor is to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility UT002, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held at 10:00AM on 07 September 2017 at 102 Soldiers Circle in Salt Lake City, Utah 84113. This procurement is set aside as 100% Woman Owned Small Business, under NAICS 561720, with a size standard of $18.0 million.
