- Commvault Software Products Provisions & Clauses Overview The Maritime Administration (MARAD) seeks a contractor to prove Commvault Software Premium Support Coverage (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for 12 months for MARAD/HQ Washington, DC. Instructions/Other Information Only quotes submitted by small business Commvault Authorized Resellers will be accepted by the Government Any quote submitted by an offeror that is not small business will not be considered for award Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation. Also, offerors must ensure annual Representations and Certifications are current or complete them on the SAM website. Contract Type Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Evaluation Criteria The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation deemed the lowest price technically acceptable.
