- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has awarded a cost-reimbursable not-to-exceed (NTE) undefinitized contract action (UCA) to Textron Systems Marine and Land Systems, New Orleans, Louisiana for procurement of long lead time material for Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) class crafts 109 and 110. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), this contract was not competitively procured: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Work to be performed is the procurement of long lead time material for SSC class crafts 109 and 110.
