- Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS INSPECT/TEST/MAINTENANCE OF AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEMS. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the James H. Quillen VAMC, Engineering Service, located at the Juncture of Lamont & Veterans Way, Mountain Home, TN, 37684. The Engineering Department has a requirement to have a vendor to provide maintenance, inspection and testing on the Sprinkler Systems at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. This procurement will be Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 541990 Fire extinguisher testing and/or inspection, without sales, service, or installation. The size standard is $15 million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps website on or about September 15, 2017. These dates are subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
