- Other Than Full and Open Competition Justification and Approval The U.S. Forest Service, Western Zone AQM Contracting and Property Office, awarded an Other Than Full and Open Delivery Order/Task Order to Ergoflex, DBA Xybix Systems, Inc., 8207 Southpark Circle, Littleton, CO 80120. Authority for this single source procurement is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contracting officers may award to one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. Contact was made with several vendor's that dis-assemble, re-assemble furniture/workstations, remove and dispose carpet and install new carpet with modified flooring. The companies contacted, stated that Ergoflex, DBA Xybix Systems Inc., is the only source for the dis-assemble and re-assemble of nine full-featured Xybix Workstations.
