Description

This is a DRAFT SOLICITATION for N00189-17-R-0040. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) has a requirement to procure husbanding support services to be used by U.S. Ships (USS) and U.S. Naval Ships (USNS) as well as the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG visiting non-U.S. Navy ports located in West Coast Continental united States (WCONUS); Mexico; East Coast of Canada; Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI); Bermuda; Caribbean; Central America; Panama; and South America. It is anticipated that multiple, competitive Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts with firm-fixed-prices will be issued with a five year ordering period, commencing on or about 01 March 2018. The associated Product/Supply Code (PSC) is V228. NAICS code 488310 is applicable. All associated attachments will be uploaded with the actual solicitation.
