- J&A N103-12-C-2500 SBX-1 Bridge The Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, VA, intends to extend performance of contract N00033-12-C-2500, Operation & Maintenance of the U.S. Navy's Sea-Based X-Band Radar (SBX-1) vessel, through 31 March 2018 on a sole source basis to TOTE Services, Inc. The extension is under authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
