Description

This is a sources sought notice only. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Market Research is being conducted to Service Disabled Veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or Hub zone interests. The Durham North Carolina Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set aside the acquisition to provide On-site Preventative Maintenance and quarterly medical gas alarm inspection, including med gas alarm testing and quarterly waste anesthesia testing on Baxter Healthcare (Gambro) Dialysis Machines. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: All Field Service Engineers (FSE) performing under this contract must be experienced in the certification and service of medical gas alarm inspections, including med gas alarm testing and quarterly waste anesthesia testing per NFPA 99 and JCAHO requirements. Proof of experience and references must be provided if requested by the Contracting Officer and/or COR. The NAICS Code 325120 Size Standard 1000 and PSC J066 will be used to procure the services.
