- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) The solicitation number is VA256-17-Q-0987_1 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (ii) The provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 95, January 19, 2017. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
