Description

Performance Work Statement Please See Attached The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a sole source contract under solicitation number H92244-17-T-0162. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 13.501 to Carleton Technologies 10 Cobham Drive Orchard Park NY 14127. This requirement is for, calibration, Labor and Travel for the Phantom Test Stand. Carleton Technologies is the Original Equipment Manufacture and is the only known source (no other companies have been identified) that carries the necessary equipment needed to provide the Calibration Testing for the Phantom Test Stand. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541380. Size Standard is 15 million. See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for complete details for this requirement. This requirement will include option year periods. Please see Section B (attached). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS The contractor identified is the Original Equipment Manufacture and the only known source for the subject requirement. Responses to this notification will be used to determine if competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical capability information, which shall demonstrate the contractor's ability to complete this effort. The Government will not pay for information submitted. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received no later than 1:00 PM EST, September 22 th 2017. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor.
