- Brand Name J&A Redacted Request For Quote M00264-17-T-0205 TO SEE THE SOLICITATION IN ITS ENTIRETY SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 333415 with a size standard of 1,250. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) and subsequent order are set-aside exclusively for only those authorized Small Businesses. Quotes from other than these vendors will not be considered. This is a RFQ for commercial Law Enforcement Management Support Services. The Government intends to award a single contract as a result of this solicitation. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. M00264-17-T-0205 is issued as a RFQ to provide the Government the following BARD Wall Units. BARD-2.5 Ton Part Number W30A2-B09 and BARD-5 Ton Part Number W60A2-B09.
