- Amendment #1 to W9128F17Q0120 - Extend suspense date to 22 September 2017 AMENDMENT #1 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the suspense date to receive quotes from 15 September 2017 to 22 September 2017 no later than 2:00 p.m. (CDT). Can you provide more location detail to identify the area to be seeded? A1. The area to be seeded is located at: 47deg,15',26.00"N 104deg, 32',30.00"W Driving directions from Glendive, MT: -Take the 1-94 exit for N Merrill Ave north; -Turn right (east) on State St; -Proceed east on State St, which becomes County Rd 300, for approximately 1.5 miles; -Turn left on County Rd 303 and proceed for approximately 4.3 miles to a "Y" in the road; -Take the left fork and continue on County Rd 303, proceeding for approximately another 6.4 miles to a hard right curve in the road; -Continue around the curve in County Rd 303 and proceed for approximately another 2.2 miles to a hard left curve in the road; -Continue around the curve in County Rd 303 and proceed for approximately another 0.25 miles; -The area to be reseeded is located on the left-hand side of County Rd 303 at this location. The solicitation will close on or about 15 September 2017. This solicitation is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION. Scope of Work. Seed the 4.36 acre former Yellowstone Intake contractor staging area. This is an upland area in the vicinity of the south side of the Lower Yellowstone Intake near Glendive, Montana. Seeding shall be in accordance with the provided specifications for upland and waste channel fill areas. The estimated construction magnitude for this project is estimated to be less than $25,000. Bidders (Offerors): Please be advised of on-line registration requirement for Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) is now located in System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
