- NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) plans to approve a Justification for Other Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) to lease 16,700 rentable square feet of space at the Aerospace Building located at 10210 Greenbelt Road (2nd Floor Suite), Lanham, MD 20706. The Government intends to award a lease agreement to 104 Investment, LLC, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1. NASA Clause 1852.215-84 (Nov 2011), Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/OMB.html. Potential sources can provide qualifications and capability statements to the Contracting Officer.
