- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to Solicit to for the procurement of forty-three (43) Forensic Work Stations in support of Navy Criminal Investigative Services, Quantico, VA. This is a Brand name or equal requirement in accordance with FAR 11.104. The Brands/Models are as follows: HTCI EDAS Fox Standard-X-99 2018 Digital Intelligence FRED DX 2R System. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334111. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and may submit information that shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Additional information for this requirement will be listed in the solicitation upon its release, which is anticipated to be around mid-September 2017 to the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil). Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The Government will neither award a contract nor pay for information in response to this notice. Any responses to this synopsis should be sent to the attention of John Charambura at john.charambura@navy.mil, these responses shall be received no later than 12:00 PM EST on 18 September 2017.
