- In accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (c )(1), the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to perform oral solicitations for TOPCON TRC-NW8F Plus Retinal Eye Camera. This will be requirement is set-aside for SDVOSB s. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333314. To be considered eligible for award, all SDVOSB s must be registered/verified through Vetbiz.gov. If you wish to be included in this solicitation, please respond electronically to ron.schreck@va.gov by 3PM EST Monday, Sep 18, 2017. This requirement consists of the following Items manufactured by Topcon TRC TRC-NW8F+ NonMydriatic/Mydriatic Camera - 1 Each AIT-250W Wheel Chair Accessible Table - 1 Each Salient Characteristics: Camera that provides 200o view of the retina. Image overlay for comparisons of images over time. Show depths of the retina through the following lengths: Green (532 nm) red-free visualizes the sensory retina to the RpE Red (635 nm) shows deeper structures of the retina (RpE to choroid) infrared (802 nm) provides images at the choroid level Blue (488 nm) is used during fa procedures Able to view ultra-wide field indocyanine green angiography (icg) in combination with: - Composite color - Red-free - Auto fluorescence (af) - Fluorescein angiography (fa) Must have DICOM compatibility. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. This procurement is for new Equipment ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All Equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All Vendors must be registered in SAM to be considered for award. Delivery Location: Department of Veterans Affairs Boise VA Medical Center 500 West Fort Street, Bldg. 34 Boise, ID 83702 Evaluation Criteria: Price Applicable Clauses: 52.212-4, 52.204-13, 52.204-18, 852.203-70, 852-219-10, 852.232-72, 852.246-70, 852.246-71, 52.212-5. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201 to synopsize proposed contract actions.
