- The IRS, Office of Information Technology Acquisition (OITA), intends to negotiate a sole source contract for AIM Service Agreement and Modular Software Package to AssetWorks, Inc., located at 998 Old Eagle School Road, Suite 1215 Wayne, PA 19087-1805. The Department of Treasury has an existing software program (AIM), for the Service Desk to process request throughout Treasury. This will be a firm fixed price contract with one (1) 12 month base period, and one (1) 12 month option period. The NAICS code is 541513 and a size standard of $39 Million. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.203. The point of contact is Kelven Jones, Contracting Officer, Kelven.D.Jones@irs.gov Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition (Ref, FAR 6.302-1) and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. No Solicitation Document is Available. A request for more information or a copy of th solicitation will not be considered a response. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Kelven Jones at Kelven.D.Jones@irs.gov. All information submitted must support the offeror's capability to provide the entire AIM Service Agreement and Modular Software Package, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Responses recieved no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on September 20, 2017, will be considered by the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Timely responses recieed as a result of this notice shall be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A deteemination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is soley within the discretion of the Government.
