Description
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Elevator Maintenance Tyndall AFB, FL 32403 13 Sep 2017 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number is FA4819-17-Q-6058 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ); 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. 4. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside associated with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310. The applicable small business size standard is $7.0 million. 5. This requirement is for provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair and inspect the real property vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Tyndall AFB, Florida in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation in accordance with Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS). 7. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point are as follows: a. Period of Performance (anticipated): 1 Oct 2017 - 30 Sept 2018; b. Place of Performance: Tyndall AFB, Florida 32403; c. Inspection/Acceptance Terms: Destination/Destination; and d. Delivery Terms: N/A. 8. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Addendum to this provision is as follows: Offeror shall complete, and include with its submission, Attachment 3, Quote Sheet. 9. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2(a), the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: a. Technical capability of the item/service offered to meet the Government requirement; and b. Price (evaluation of price shall be the sum of all line items, including options if applicable). 10.
