Page 1 of 1 COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION VA246-17-Q-1936 HEp-2000 ANA-Ro Test Kits for Richmond VA Medical Center This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, written under the authority of FAR parts 12 and 13, for commercial items purchased using simplified acquisition procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference VA246-17-Q-1936. This Request for Quote (RFQ) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The Network Contracting Office 6 - SAO East intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for HEp-2000 ANA-Ro Test Kits and related items. This procurement is being conducted under FAR part 13 simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items and FAR Part 12.603 for Streamlined Solicitation of Commercial Items. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This procurement is not restricted ( unrestricted ) to any specific SBA socioeconomic categories. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract. The record must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. Any amendments to this RFQ will ONLY be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). DUE DATE: The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value to the Government, using a tradeoff process. Quotes are due by 08:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, on Wednesday, 20 September 2017. Quotes received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-1(f). Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail to daniel.spaulding@va.gov. ***See attached SF1449***
