- The U.S. Government is seeking 2-10 acres of gravel or other hard surface for the storage of Government equipment. The Bureau of Land Management is looking for a new long term lease. State: Mississippi City: Flowood Delineated Area: Within 25 miles of Flowood, Mississippi Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2 Acres of land Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10 Acres of land Space Type: Gravel or other hard weather surface Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved/ Secured): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 0 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: a. Offered space shall be within 25 miles of the city of Flowood, Mississippi. b. Security Fence surrounding the entire area c. 24 hour access d. Access to electrical outlet within the compound e. Access to water within the compound f. Gravel or other hard weather surface g. At least 300 ft. wide to accommodate vehicle and equipment maneuvering h. Security lighting around the perimeter i. 24 ft. entrance gate with approach area to accommodate tractor trailer rigs All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Other agency specific requirements are 24/7 access. The site shall have easy and safe ingress and egress for motor vehicles.
