- Attachment B - Price List Attachment A - TT Models & Floor Plans Solicitation This is a full and open solicitation through out the United States with exclusion of the state of Florida to provide brand name or equivalent (see attachment A) Travel Trailers and delivery for the Housing Mission in the state of Texas. See Attachments for all information The resulting contract(s)will be Firm Fixed Price for up to 1000 Commercial Off the Lot Travel Trailers. Quotes must be emailed to Kimberly.Coakley@fema,dhs.gov and Sam.Ansani@fema.dhs.gov. This is a rolling solicitation, Offerors may submit quotes from date of notice, today, Friday, September 15, 2017 and continuous to date of closing Friday, October 13, 2017 at 12:00 PM ET. FEMA encourages all Texas Offerors to submit their quotes within the first 24 - 48 hours.
