- Limited Source Justification The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to negotiate solely as prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(i), with Thales Defense & Security, Inc, 22605 Gateway Center Drive, Clarksburg, Maryland 20871. The contractor shall provide (95) Over The Air Cloning (OTAC); Part no. 1700858-12 and (2) Bulk Chargers; part no. 11000747-25555 in order to support Thales JEM, battery operated transceivers. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or solicitation. This is a special notice to notify the general public of the Government's intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), sole source contract to Thales Defense & Security, Ic. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334220 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. All responses received within ten (7) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), 21 September 2017, to the point of contact listed below.
