- Description
- 1) One year continuance Maintenance and Repair Contract for SignalCalc Mobilyzer to include: Depot level repair, Software updates, Replacement License Files (System Specific.), Semi-annual System Maintenance & Calibration, and Application Support and Technical Assistance for part DP730-99P, System # 70526, # 70855, # 70113, # 70578, and # 70577 (Quantity - 1 each). The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Data Physics Corporation, 2480 North First Street, Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95131 due to unique capability. This requirement must be compatible with existing Data Physic Adacus. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however any firms believing that they can provide the product may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893617Q0232 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
