Description

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1. Scope Purchase and deliver replacement Stand Alone Tablet Counters. 2. Background Outpatient Pharmacy tablet counters have become increasingly unreliable, requiring replacement. Cleaning and recalibration by Biomed has not remedied the problems. New Mexico VAHCS Pharmacy service processes thousands of prescriptions currently utilizing Kirby Lester tablet counters. Requesting units of equal specifications to lessen an increase prescription fill/wait times, additional training to utilize, and the possibility of inventory discrepancies. 3. Specific Tasks Purchase and deliver replacement Kirby Lester Tablet Counters (or equal). Must be compact, under 15 H, under 10lbs and easy to clean. Must not require calibration between tablet counts. Capable of counting various sized tablets or capsules. 4. Security Requirements Systems will not hold Patient Information 5. Delivery Schedule Delivery is requested within 30 days of Receipt of Order to: New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS) Pharmacy 1501 San Pedro Dr, SE Albuquerque, NM 87108
