- SF 18 complete and return The US Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service in Albany Ca has a need for a commercially available FDM printer wich characteristics listed below. -Large build size of at least 14x12x12in. -Ability to print ABS, polycarbonate, and nylon. -Easily removable support structure for printing overhangs and steep angles. -Ability to print various infill percentages. Alternate system to the Stratasys as presented below will be considered on an or equal basis to the following: 3D Fused Deposition Modeling (FDMl Printer Salient Characteristics • System must be new • Color LCD Monitor • Maximum Machine size: 34"W X 28"D X 64"H • Minimum printing/build envelope 14" X 12" X 12". • Utilizes an enclosed build chamber with heat.
