- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F17PS01525 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is posted at a small business set aside under NAICS code is 212321 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. Quotes and Questions shall be sent on company letterhead to eric_brown@fws.gov. No extensions to due date will be provided for questions. Basis of Award: Best value based (i) Price and (ii) Past Performance. Past Performance must include a minimum of two recent (within the last two years) and relevant (crushed aggregate) awards of similar magnitude. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror who satisfies the minimum past performance criteria. Past Performance evidence should include: (i) Contract number; (ii) Description of services; (iii) Contract value; (iv) Performance period; (v) Point of contract (POC) with current e-mail address and telephone number. CLIN 00010: 1,000 tons of Limestone Aggregate Base, Crushed, 1.5 inch (MM4), Back-end dump delivery to 2022 CR 227, Freeport, TX 77541. Delivery required by October 6, 2017.
