Description
SOL: W9124M-17-B-0005 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Work Description: Upgrade Fire Alarm and Install Mass Notification System, bldg. 1282 Work to be done: The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with Replace Fire Alarm System and Install Mass Notification System complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items. Replace Fire Alarm System and Install Mass Notification System for bldg. 1282. This pre-solicitation is 100% set aside for Hubzone Businesses under NAICS code 561621. The small business size standard is $15 million. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Contract performance time is 45 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Information concerning the Hubzone program can be found at http://www.sba.gov/content/hubzone. Solicitation Number W9124M-17-B-0005, will be available through FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. Potential Bidders are responsible for monitoring ASFI for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Information regarding date and time of an organized site visit will be contained in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about July 12th, 2017. In order to be eligible for award All Bidders MUST: Be registered in the Central Contractors Registration Database and ORCA both of which have been consolidated in the System for Award Management (SAM). Registration for both systems may be accomplished at www.sam.gov Paperless File System: MICC-Fort Stewart is operating a paperless contracting file system. A minimum of one copy of each document submitted to the contracting office shall be in an electronic format. Acceptable formats are PDF, DOC(x), XLS(x), TXT, JPG and XPS. All submissions shall include one (1) CD with all required documents and one (1) paper copy of each bid.
