- VA VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, Long Beach, CA intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract for Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) services In accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. NAICS Code is 541990. The Request for Quotation is VA262-17-Q-1919. The solicitation shall be available on or about September 15, 2017. This procurement is to obtain Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) services for the Department of Veteran Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System located at 11201 Benton St. Loma Linda, CA 92357. Period of performance shall be from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 2016.
