- Questions and Answers in response to Combined Synopsis Solicitation This notice is an amendment to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Quote for solicitation number NICHD-RFQ-17-0905-PEN. This is to answer questions submitted, provide drawings, conduct a second site visit and extend the closing date to Monday, September 25, 2017 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The second site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 1:30 PM Mountain Standard Time at the TGEN site in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. This is the only opportunity for Offerors to see the site and do any type of measuring to prepare their proposal. The drawings will not be posted in Federal Business Opportunities. They will only be sent to those confirming attendance at the site visit and submitting a quote for this project. You must send an email confirming your attendance by Monday, September 18, 2017 by 3:00 PM EST to pamela.nevels@nih.gov. No more than 3 attendees per Company. As stated above, the response date has been extended to Monday, September 25, 2017 at 3:00 PM EST. See attached Questions and Answers.
