- 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M20001-17-Q-0011 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 January 2017 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20161222, effective 12 December 2016; please see attached RFQ for all appropriate provisions and clauses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses.
