- Attachment No. 02 - Drawings Attachment No. 01 - Submittal Registrar Solicitation W91QVN-17-R-0227 Turnover Maintenance of 5 Buildings to NEC, USAG Yongsan Project No's.: 172162, 172163, 172170, 172175 and 172176 a. This is a Non-Work Plan Task Order for the following MATOC Contractors only. Contract Numbers: W91QVN-14-D-0031, 0032, 0033, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, 0039, 0040, 0041, 0044, 0045, 0046, 0047, 0048, 0049 and 0050. b. Site Visit: Offerors who intend to propose on this solictation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit Clause FAR 52.236-27. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification Card when attending the site visit orientation. c. If the Contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to the solicitation, the Contractor shall submit the "No Offer Letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation. Offerors shall submit their prices using the Pricing Schedule attached to the solicitation. Offers shall be submitted in FBO no later than 22 September 2017, 1300 hours KST (21 September 2017, 2359 hours EST).
