This is a Sole Source Requirement. Proposals from offerors other than ScienCell Research Laboratories are not being accepted. Only ScienCell Research Laboratories is allowed to propose. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6264517R0095 and is linked to NOI Posting N3946717RC00094 dated 23 Aug 2017. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is on behalf of the Naval Medical Research Center-San Antonio (NAMRU-SA).
