- ACC- Warren Installation Support Contracting Division intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the exhibit design of the second floor of the 1st Infantry Museum in Ft. Riley, KS. The anticipated award will be made to Healy Kohler Design, LLC, CAGE: 6FPS8, under the authority of 10 U.S. C. 2304(g) as implemented by FAR 13.500(a). The NAICS for this acquisition is 712110. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, the government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. Responses shall be submitted electronically to justin.d.stoner.civ@mail.mil concerning this acquisition.
