- Amendment to update quantity of balaclavas and removal of some female items The purpose of this amendment is to : 1. Update Scope of Work (SOW) to remove the requirement for the following female items: Short sleeve shirt, Parka, Bib/Coverall, Parka Hood. 2. Update the Quote Price Schedule and Quote Instructions in accordance with updated SOW. 3. Extend the deadline for quotes to 19 September 2017 at 10:00 AM Central Time. 4. Update FAR Clause 52.252-3 All other terms and conditions remain the same.
