- Cover Letter - Certified Food Requirements 1st Quarter FY 2018 RFQP05091700023 - Certified Food Requirements (1st Qtr. FY 2018) The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth, Texas, intends to issue and RFQP05091700023 - Certified Food Requirements for the 1st Quarter of FY-2018. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, and FOB Destination. Delivery dates are posted within this solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth, 3150 Horton Road, Fort Worth, TX 76119. The Government reserves the right to make a single or multiple awards. The Government will award to a responsible quoter(s), whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government. ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE LINE ITEM DESCRIPTIONS MAY CAUSE THE QUOTE TO BE DISQUALIFIED. The solicitation will be available on Monday, September 11, 2017 and will be solely through the Government Point of Entry, which is www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through this website. This website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of this solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure you have the most-up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The anticipated receipt of quotes is on Monday, September 25, 2017. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit a quote, which will be considered for an award.
