- PANEL LISTINGS ONE LINE DIAGRAMS POWER DISTRIBUTION DIAGRAM Amendment 0001 to change due date of 18 September and add attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please find the attached formal request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation number for this RFP is W913E5-17-T-0023. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 - Engineering Services, which has a size standard of $15 million. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has a requirement for an arc flash assessment and power system analysis of the CRREL campus electrical systems. Evaluation Factors: Technical capability to meet the government's requirements; price. Technical Capability: a. Quote shall demonstrate that the offeror can provide a New Hampshire, or reciprocal state, licensed journeyman electrician. b. Quote shall demonstrate that the offeror has successfully performed similar work within the past two (2) years. At least three (3) references for similar work performed in the past two (2) years are required. The Offeror's quote must contain pricing for all services and deliverables listed in Section C, Performance Work Statement. OPTIONAL SERVICES: In accordance with FAR provision 52.217-4, the optional services represented by CLIN 0002 will be evaluated in the event sufficient funding exists to exercise the option at the time of award. If funding is not available to exercise the option at the time of award, funding may become available at a later date. At which point the option will be exercised IAW FAR clause 52.217-9. Responses to this notice are due no later than Monday 18 September 2017 12:00 PM EST to: William.A.McFarland@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted. *Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and complete both FAR and DFARS representations and certifications.
